Services and prices
Prices on this website are in Swedish kronor or euro, excluding VAT (25 %). Each assignment is governed by the written offer or agreement for that assignment.
AI media production products are bought on GENERAITR, where GENERAITR's terms apply (generaitr.com/terms).
Orders and payment
An agreement is formed when you accept a written offer, confirm an order or complete a purchase. Assignments are invoiced with 15 days' payment terms; assignments over SEK 10,000 are invoiced 50 % at start and 50 % at final delivery, unless the offer says otherwise. Cancellation terms are stated in the offer.
Because our services are custom and digital, purchases are generally not refundable once work has started. We may make exceptions at our discretion.
Your material
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all material you give us, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that your instructions are lawful. Your material remains yours.
AI-generated content
AI-generated content is produced from your input and the chosen settings and can vary in output and interpretation. A person reviews it before delivery, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors. Delivered media carries C2PA provenance data and an invisible watermark. A visible AI label is added where the EU AI Act requires it, for example when content could be mistaken for real.
Unless otherwise agreed, you may use the final delivered content. We only show work made for you in our portfolio with your approval.
Our publishing tools
Tomlin Studio operates publishing tools, including integrations with TikTok and other social platforms. They are used to publish Tomlin Studio's own content to Tomlin Studio's own accounts and, for customers of Social Media Publishing, content the customer has approved to the customer's own accounts. A person approves every post. We follow each platform's own terms and policies.
Content
The content on this website belongs to Tomlin Studio AB unless otherwise stated. You may share links to it, but not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. AI-generated media we publish carries C2PA provenance data, and a visible label where the law requires it.
Advice and liability
Information on this website is general and provided as is. Our advice on AI policy and the EU AI Act is advice, not legal counsel. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website.

Changes
